About the Opportunity

شركة مصنع قناديل للاثاث is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wood Factory Production Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead production operations within a prominent furniture manufacturing environment.

Role Summary

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process within the wood factory. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, and optimizing operational efficiency to meet company objectives for wooden furniture and specialized wood products.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising the production of wooden furniture, including items for hotel rooms.
• Overseeing the manufacturing of interior and exterior decoration elements utilizing natural wood.
• Directing the production of solid wood products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Managing the specialized production lines for fire-rated doors.
• Implementing and maintaining efficient production workflows and quality control measures within the factory.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in wood manufacturing and a proven track record in production management. Essential qualifications include:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Production Manager within a wood factory setting.
• Extensive experience in the production of wooden components for hotel rooms, as well as interior and exterior decoration using natural wood.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with solid wood and the manufacturing of fire-rated doors.
• Significant professional experience gained from working in major wood factories within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to on-site management of factory operations.
