Job Description

Functional tasks: * Organizing and managing appointment and meeting schedules. * Preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. * Following up on administrative tasks and coordinating between departments. * Receiving calls and organizing files and documents. * Performing administrative tasks assigned by the direct manager. Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field. * Previous experience in executive secretarial work. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. * High skills in organization, communication, and time management. * Tact, good appearance, and the ability to work under pressure
