About the Role

Petrogen is seeking a GL & Banking Accountant to join its financial department in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing a significant number of bank accounts and processing a high daily volume of payments. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting efficient banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
• Prepare payment orders and manage electronic payments.
• Execute general ledger entries and conduct account reviews.
• Participate in the monthly financial closing process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least two years specifically in general accounts, banking, or treasury functions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience utilizing Odoo or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions such as PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Prior experience in retail, gas stations, or multi-branch companies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the financial department of Petrogen. The role requires handling a high volume of daily transactions and collaborating within a dedicated team.
