About the Logistics Manager Role

Arif Alnahdi Co Ltd (ANC), a manufacturer of fire pumps and safety systems based in Riyadh, is seeking a qualified Logistics Manager. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing various aspects of the company's logistics operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop warehouse operations, including supervision of receiving and issuing movements, review of inventory across production, branches, and project warehouses, and conducting stock counts and audits.
• Participate in procurement planning to ensure the continuous availability of high-quality materials for fire pump manufacturing at optimal costs.
• Oversee customs clearance for imported goods, working with customs brokers to prevent demurrage and financial penalties.
• Manage the company fleet by organizing periodic maintenance, scheduling drivers, monitoring vehicle movements via tracking systems, and utilizing fleet management applications and fuel consumption monitoring systems to enhance transit efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements by monitoring vehicle licenses, insurance, driver cards, and Transport General Authority regulations, with a strong understanding of traffic laws relevant to transport vehicles.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports to the Operations Department Manager, outlining workflow and department performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in fleet and driver management.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management.

Required Skills and Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in using desktop computer programs, including MS Office.
• Capability to effectively manage tracking systems, electronic transport applications, and transport vehicle platforms such as (Tamm, Logisti).
• Good command of both Arabic and English languages.
• Professional training certificates or specialized courses in fleet management, warehouse management, or inventory control are preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
