We are looking for a male or female coordinator / resident of West Riyadh, preferably Laban.

High efficiency movement and shifts to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating shifts and ensuring the smooth and effective workflow.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

* Preparing shift schedules and ensuring all departments are covered.
* Following up on employee attendance and absence and documenting any violations.
* Communicating with department heads to resolve any obstacles related to task distribution.
* Providing periodic reports on workflow and shift status.
