About the Role

Genius Sports, a global leader in sports technology, is seeking individuals to join their team as Sports Data Collectors (Sports Scouts) in Sakakah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves capturing real-time, play-by-play data from live sporting events. The data collected contributes to the official live data used by major leagues, federations, and media platforms.

Role Overview

This is a flexible, game-based position where you will attend local sporting events, including competitions from the Saudi Pro League and other lower-profile leagues. You will be responsible for meticulously recording game data using proprietary software and mobile technology in a live environment, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the information gathered.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend live sports events in your local area, covering competitions from the Saudi Pro League and other lower-profile leagues.
• Record accurate, real-time game data, including scores, plays, and key events as they happen.
• Utilize mobile technology effectively within a fast-paced, live sporting environment to capture data.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A strong knowledge of football (soccer) is essential for accurate data collection.
• You must be reliable, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is required to cover a variety of sporting events.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position as an Independent Contractor, paid per game. A fixed payment of 55 € per game is offered. Comprehensive training and testing will be provided. Opportunities exist to increase earnings based on performance. All CVs are required to be submitted in English. The role is located in Sakakah, Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia.
