We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our sales efforts in the food service division, focusing on Frozen Products - Protein. This role is critical in developing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities of the team.
Organize weekly and monthly meetings with sales staff and management.
Set sales objectives by developing comprehensive Journey Plans.
Utilize strong technical sales skills and market knowledge to drive performance.
Regularly review customer accounts for timely cash collection.
Train and motivate sales representatives on effective sales techniques.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships.
Ensure optimal product mix and availability to maximize revenue.
Oversee daily van stock reconciliation and cash deposits.
Report competitor activity and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in Food Services sales channel (protein sector - Frozen Products).
Bachelor's Degree.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Location: Opportunities available in Riyadh, Tabuk, Sakakah, Makkah, Abha, and Jizan.
