About the Role:
As a Tour Guide at Emdad By Elm, you will provide exceptional guided experiences at heritage sites in Shaqrā’. You will narrate a rich historical and cultural background that reflects the identity and authenticity of the region while ensuring tours are organized efficiently and manage visitor flow professionally, delivering high-quality service that meets the expectations of diverse visitor groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional guided tours that include accurate and engaging historical and cultural explanations.
Welcome visitors and organize tour programs according to approved schedules.
Manage and organize the timing of tours to maximize visitor benefit.
Efficiently and politely handle visitor inquiries and feedback.
Organize visitor movement within sites to ensure smooth flow and reduce congestion.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure the quality of services provided.
Adhere to safety standards and ensure the security of visitors.
Professionally represent the organization reflecting the cultural and heritage identity of the region.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and interact effectively.
Proficiency in time management and organizing tours and tasks.
Able to handle visitors from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Good knowledge of the history and heritage of the region.
The ability to work under pressure and manage crowds.
