About the Role

Nammos Resort Amaala is seeking a dedicated Bartender to join its team in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing and serving a range of high-quality beverages while ensuring a sophisticated and engaging guest experience. The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a premier bar environment through expert knowledge and adherence to service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and maintain a creative and profitable cocktail menu, including signature and seasonal offerings.
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge and skill in classic and contemporary mixology, including the preparation of house-made syrups, infusions, and garnishes.
• Stay current with industry trends to continuously evolve and elevate the bar’s offerings.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared with precision, consistency, and strict adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
• Act as the bartender during service, providing an exemplary level of engaging, personalized, and professional service to all guests.
• Greet guests, explain the beverage program, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

Bar Operations and Management

• Oversee the daily mise en place (setup) and breakdown of the bar to ensure efficiency and readiness.
• Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment at all times.
• Manage the inventory of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and other bar supplies.
• Assist with placing orders for bar stock and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
• Follow procedures for portion control, accurate pouring, and minimizing waste to support cost-of-sale targets.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service policies and local licensing laws are followed at all times.

Guest Engagement and Issue Resolution

• Handle all guest inquiries and resolve any issues at the bar with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that positions the bar as a premier destination for guests.

Team Collaboration and Development

• Assist in training and supporting bartenders and barbacks by sharing product knowledge, mixology techniques, service standards, and upselling practices.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on quality and professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar bartending role.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Ability to craft drinks with precision, consistency, and creativity.
• Commitment to upholding the highest service and hygiene standards.
