F&B Hostess (Host) Six Senses Southern Dunes The Red Sea(Local Talent)

About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Hostess for a full-time position in Tabuk, specifically covering Umluj and Tabuk. This role is integral to the vision of Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea, focusing on guest reconnection and upholding values of local sensitivity, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, and pioneering wellness. The F&B Hostess will ensure sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences are central to all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests courteously and attentively.
• Answer outlet telephones courteously and efficiently, adhering to departmental standards.
• Take orders from all food & beverage outlet menus.
• Provide prompt and efficient service in line with established standards.
• Prepare all mis-en-place for service correctly before delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and daily F&B activities.
• Be knowledgeable about all F&B outlets' opening hours.
• Recommend and promote items as directed by the supervisor, including upselling when appropriate.
• Report any maintenance faults following required procedures.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and ensure correct handling of all guest billing procedures, minimizing rebates during check-out.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
• Ensure the privacy of guests, partners, and residential owners, protecting sensitive personal data and using confidential information only for job performance.
• Keep all departmental equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, striving to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the F&B Hostess position should possess the following:

• Required qualifications and technical skills for a similar role.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Demonstrated results in previous positions.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, covering locations such as Umluj and Tabuk. The successful candidate will work within a luxury hotel setting, contributing to a guest-centric environment focused on wellness and unique experiences.
