Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project accounting activities in accordance with the company’s policies.
• Handle day-to-day transactions data entry on the system and ensure accuracy and timely entry.
• Manage project's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting system.
• Generate financial reports using expenditure data.
• Invoice third parties and manage payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze employee expenditures and manage expenditure accounts.
• Handle the transfer of cash and checks from the company treasury.
• Prepare cheques or make cash payments for approved expenditures or refunds.
• Arrange and manage Petty cash.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Finance or Accounting field.

About the Role:
This position reports to the Finance Manager and is integral to our financial reporting team. As an Accountant, you'll manage and oversee financial processes and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including consolidated financial statements

• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Experience in the food/catering industry or overseas legal entity accounting is an advantage
• Fluency in English (Arabic and Mandarin skills are a plus)
