As a Cluster Security Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our hotel facilities in accordance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure operational effectiveness within the security department.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate safety and security protocols including fire safety and asset protection.
  • Lead security staff and ensure compliance with safety standards set by the hotel and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with management to align security initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure staff training in emergency response and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in a larger operation.
  • Strong operational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly, effectively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Monitor and maintain smooth operation of his/her specific area.

  • Highly responsible & reliable with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands international luxury travelers and their needs.
