About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Reporting Manager to oversee the development and presentation of project performance data for major infrastructure projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and focuses on transforming complex data into visually intuitive reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading the creation of high-level project performance reports and dashboards. This role goes beyond traditional data reporting, leveraging design and graphics expertise to present engineering and construction data in a clear, visual, and executive-ready format. The objective is to provide senior leadership and clients with intuitive insights into project status.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, production, and delivery of regular (monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc project reports, translating raw metrics into visual narratives.
• Manage the creation of interactive dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule progress, and financial health.
• Collaborate with Project Directors, PMO teams, and construction managers to gather necessary data and ensure reporting aligns with client expectations.
• Ensure all reporting materials, both written and visual, meet high standards for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Mentor and guide junior reporting staff and data analysts on best practices for visual reporting and design.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project reporting, PMO controls, or corporate communications, specifically within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related field.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in graphic design and data visualization.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign.
• Familiarity with PMO reporting tools, including Power BI, Primavera P6 integration, or Tableau, is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data clearly to executive-level stakeholders.

Work Location and Environment

This is a full-time position requiring the selected candidate to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a fast-paced, mega-project environment.
