About the Role

Mace, a leading consultancy and construction firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Reporting Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to a significant program in Saudi Arabia, which includes a major mixed-use development featuring sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. As a key delivery partner, Mace requires seasoned professionals to lead integrated teams through all project phases. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, ambitious project, utilizing expertise in project controls and reporting to ensure successful delivery and provide critical insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools and forms for collecting program status updates from various stakeholders.
  • Manage the production, validation, and distribution of both regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Establish and oversee comprehensive timelines for report submissions and review processes.
  • Consolidate, review, and issue project dashboards, escalating any identified risks or issues promptly.
  • Define dashboard requirements and ensure their delivery effectively meets user needs and expectations.
  • Implement and enforce consistent reporting procedures across the program and conduct thorough quality reviews.
  • Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and PMIS, along with data modelling techniques, to ensure traceable and reliable insights.
  • Support and enhance cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
  • Facilitate review meetings, ensure transparency in reporting, and respond professionally to all inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and stay abreast of the latest best practices and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate effectively towards the common goal of net-zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Be progressing towards chartership with a recognized professional body and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrate proven PMO and Project Controls leadership experience on complex projects.
  • Exhibit proven leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practices.
  • Possess strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organizational environments.
  • Meet the necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  • Expertise in data modelling for reporting purposes.
  • Experience in cost reporting, schedule reporting, change reporting, risk reporting, and performance reporting.

  • Existing relationships within assigned enterprise accounts are highly desirable.
