Job Purpose:
As a Security Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing safety and security to all employees, guests, and assets.
  • Supporting daily security operations and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies.
  • Assisting guests with high levels of service and anticipating their needs.
  • Promoting the company’s wellness and sustainability culture.

General Responsibilities:
  • Monitor resort premises through regular patrols and CCTV systems.
  • Control access to all areas and verify staff, guest, and contractor entry.
  • Document all security activities and incidents accurately.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Job Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Security certification preferred.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge: CPR/First Aid and security procedures.
  • Competencies: Empowerment, teamwork, creativity, and guest service.
