About the Role

Tabuk Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Quality Supervisor to join their team in Tabuk. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality within the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify raw data generated under supervision.
  • Plan and assign daily routine tasks to the team.
  • Provide assistance to analysts in troubleshooting instrumental issues.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary reference and working standards.
  • Oversee and ensure all instruments are calibrated according to schedule.
  • Maintain instrument parts, columns, and other related consumables.
  • Review and maintain logbooks, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), specifications, and test procedures relevant to the section.
  • Analyze and approve cleaning validation and verification samples.
  • Release or reject products and materials, and issue appropriate labels.
  • Approve the receiving logbook.
  • Report out-of-specification results and retesting outcomes to the QC Manager for deviation investigation.
  • Ensure adherence to approved procedures and specifications.
  • Check artwork forwarded by the Research and Development department.
  • Conduct training for employees.
  • Perform trend analysis of quality data.
  • Sign off on Certificates of Analysis and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure the availability of adequate media, reagents, glassware, and solutions.
  • Oversee the preparation and sterilization of media, along with associated documentation, as per established procedures.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of media stock.
  • Manage the disposition of samples and used media.
  • Participate in developmental activities.
  • Maintain proper control over the raw material supplier qualification program.
  • Perform required risk assessments for critical tests, including Heavy Metals and Residual Solvents.
  • Maintain awareness of pharmacopeia analytical requirements.
  • Utilize extensive experience with various analytical techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma.
  • No prior experience is required for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk. The role operates within a quality control environment, requiring close collaboration with analytical teams and adherence to strict procedural guidelines.
