About the Quality Supervisor Role

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee quality and food safety operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to ensure adherence to company standards, HACCP requirements, and local food safety regulations across assigned shifts. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards throughout all operational processes.
  • Verify and accurately record critical control points, including storage, refrigeration, and cooking temperatures.
  • Maintain and enforce proper hygiene, sanitation, and 5S practices within the work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any non-conformities and implement necessary corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure full compliance with local municipality food safety regulations.
  • Support smooth shift handovers through proper documentation and communication.
  • Provide on-the-job guidance and basic food safety training to staff members.
  • Submit daily reports detailing key observations, actions taken, and any outstanding issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety is required, preferably within the catering, restaurant, or food manufacturing sectors.
  • Possess a good understanding of HACCP principles and food safety management systems.
  • Familiarity with local food safety regulations is essential.

  • Capacity to work independently and make sound decisions during shifts.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary.

Work Environment
