Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, tools, and consumables.
• Organize and maintain stock records and storage areas.
• Issue materials based on approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
• Report on stock levels, shortages, and manage hazardous materials safely.
• Coordinate with procurement and site operations for material availability.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or secondary school certificate; certification in warehouse management is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mining or heavy industries.
• Experience with spare parts and consumables related to mining operations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English; Basic Arabic is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
This position requires working at a remote mining site, which may involve extended hours and physical demands.

Job Overview:
Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Construction Supervisor to lead our Wet Utilities team on the ambitious NEOM Trojena project. You will manage the execution of high-altitude water systems including potable water, wastewater, and stormwater management, ensuring they meet NEOM's Sustainability and Smart standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Field Leadership: Direct on-site construction for wet utility networks, manage critical milestones, and align work sequences with the master schedule.
• Complex Infrastructure Management: Oversee installation of pipelines, sewers, pumping stations, and water storage tanks in mountainous terrain.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Manage multiple subcontractors, ensuring equipment and manpower are available to meet productivity goals.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify clashes and problem areas, taking proactive action to ensure milestones are met.
• Quality & Efficiency: Implement sound construction practices for quality control while minimizing costs.
• HSE Champion: Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies focused on excavation safety and logistics.
• Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary contact for NEOM client representatives and authorities, ensuring smooth handovers.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of field experience in large-scale infrastructure and wet utilities.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multi-million dollar projects in a Giga-project environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry practices and regulations for water and wastewater systems.
• Exceptional English communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Chartered Engineer Status or equivalent registration.
• Experience in remote or high-altitude construction.
• Familiarity with BIM tools for construction management.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East on large infrastructure projects.
