About the Role

Accor is seeking a Wellness Manager to lead the comprehensive wellness operations at its Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea properties. This full-time position is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within the Red Sea Project, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Wellness Manager will oversee the spa, fitness center, recreation areas, and all wellness facilities across two nature-focused resorts. This role is central to delivering exceptional, personalized wellness journeys that align with the ultra-luxury standards of Raffles & Fairmont, ensuring a sanctuary of refined elegance and timeless luxury for discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all wellness facilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Raffles & Fairmont brand standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are fully operational, safe, guest-ready, and maintained according to protocols.
• Deliver personalized wellness experiences, ensuring all guest touchpoints reflect attention to detail and a sensory experience.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the spa, fitness, and recreation team, providing structured training and continuous feedback to uphold service culture and values.
• Liaise with other departments such as Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to create integrated luxury experiences.
• Drive revenue across spa treatments, retail products, memberships, and wellness programs, monitoring key performance indicators.
• Enforce grooming, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, Saudi regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold privacy standards, while adhering to sustainability and environmental practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in wellness management, preferably within ultra-luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of ultra-luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment.
• Experience in pre-opening operations, project coordination, and the setup of wellness facilities is highly preferred.
• Ability to create innovative and culturally relevant wellness experiences aligned with the Red Sea destination.
