As a Supervisor in our Digital Adoption & Support unit, you will play a vital role in enhancing our digital capabilities and supporting the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the strategy and management of the Digital Enabling Function for the Red Sea Project.
Deploy and support digital adoption policies, procedures, and standards.
Participate in audits and implement feedback to enhance departmental performance.
Create comprehensive technical reports and monitor financial performance against budget.
Provide first-line support for Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Apps, and telecommunications.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in IT / Computer Science.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.
