We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to assist and advise our General Manager of Finance & Accounting (F&A) and CFO. Your expertise will play a crucial role in managing critical financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall insurance program, obtaining management approval and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Assist in compliance matters, specifically involving income tax and timely submissions.
  • Lead the administration and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
  • Support during audits and provide necessary financial reviews and analysis.
  • Develop, review, and update accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Professional certification (CPA / ACCA / CMA / SOCPA)

Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in relevant fields including Insurance, Taxation, Audit, and Technical Accounting (IFRS) with 3-4 years in a managerial role.
