About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team in Yanbu, Al Madinah Region. This full-time role involves providing general healthcare advice, dispensing medication, and supervising retail store operations to ensure sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational readiness are consistently met. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure store readiness by monitoring compliance with internal guidelines, including staff appearance and store conditions (*, temperature, storage).
• Perform duties in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures, such as loyalty program registration.
• Process prescriptions and dispense medication, providing consultation on dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Educate customers on the proper handling of medical equipment for home use, providing necessary information and reference materials.
• Supervise and develop retail store staff through performance management, corrective actions, and providing development opportunities.
• Monitor key sales performance targets and customer satisfaction levels at the store level.
• Process payments and reconciliations, handling the cash register and coordinating with the Finance team.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate products.
• Perform and monitor operational and staff-related administrative tasks, including workflow, scheduling, stock levels, inventory management, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures, as well as other operational standards.
• Dispense and provide advice on over-the-counter/non-prescription medication for common illnesses, including symptom checking and specific consultation.

Pharmacological Knowledge and Development

The Pharmacist is expected to maintain current pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies to stay updated with industry information.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices and regulations.
• Ability to provide clear and accurate healthcare advice to customers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, Al Madinah Region, within a retail store environment. The role involves direct interaction with customers and supervision of a retail team.
