About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Bartender to join our full-time team in the Red Sea region. This role is centered on delivering comprehensive guest services to ensure a positive dining experience, where every interaction contributes to overall guest satisfaction. As a Guest Service Expert, you will take the initiative to provide a wide range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Interact with and serve guests in a gracious and professional manner.
• Clean work areas and supplies, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards across all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Responsibilities involve managing menus (reading and visually verifying information) and a hands-on approach to work. This includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The role also requires reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None required.
