Business Development Manager

About the Role

Hannolift Construction Machinery Trading is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and managing the sales of products and services. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and possess a strong passion for sales, coupled with a curious approach to market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand the company's market share by identifying prospective markets and clients.
• Develop relationships, negotiate, and close business deals, ensuring proper delivery of products and services.
• Devise and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, distribution channels, and product positioning.
• Monitor the external environment, including market trends and competitor activities, to identify opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrate an understanding of industry challenges and operational requirements for success.
• Create opportunities in target segments by identifying key stakeholders and business potential.
• Follow up on new business leads and opportunities, and arrange meetings.
• Plan and prepare presentations for prospective clients.
• Communicate and pitch new product developments to prospective clients.
• Generate revenue from both new and existing customers.
• Establish long-term strategic connections with key consultants, developers, owners, and channel partners.
• Manage the process of adding the company's brand name to major consultant vendor lists.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase their current spending.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements.
• Follow up on order placement and ensure correct delivery of goods and products to customers.
• Write reports, utilize the company CRM system, and provide feedback to management.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant business development or sales role. A strong understanding of the competitive landscape and proven ability to negotiate deals are essential for this position.
