Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Saudi) – Remote Work

Eventi is a Saudi platform that connects customers with event service providers, aiming to provide an easy and fast experience for booking and managing various event services.

Job Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
- Assist customers in using the platform and completing bookings.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and quickly.
- Coordinate with service providers when needed.
- Escalate cases that require intervention from management or specialized teams.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience that reflects the platform's quality.

Required Qualifications

- Saudi.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, and preferably proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in using computers and electronic applications.
- Politeness, good manners, and problem-solving ability.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
