Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales and distribution strategies within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Collaborate with human resources partners to define and implement appropriate job descriptions for team roles.
• Ensure the delivery of genuine, personalized, and anticipatory hospitality services.
• Contribute to the brand's commitment to valuing diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated appreciation for evocative storytelling and a keen interest in destination heritage.
• Ability to deliver high standards of personalized hospitality.
• This position is open to candidates based in Saudi Arabia only.
