Role Summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Director of Sales & Distribution to join the team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, corporate/above property position. The role requires a professional with a strong appreciation for evocative storytelling, a keen interest in destination heritage, and a commitment to delivering genuine, personalized, and anticipatory hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and distribution strategies for The Luxury Collection properties.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and guest experience expectations.
• Contribute to the brand's commitment to authentic and memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with human resources partners to define specific role requirements and expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated passion for destination heritage and cultural storytelling.
• Ability to deliver genuine, personalized, and anticipatory hospitality.
• Strong understanding of luxury traveler expectations and market dynamics.

Work Environment
