F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests beyond basic food service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals in a unique and engaging environment.

Key Duties

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe and secure workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding high quality standards in service and presentation.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Managing the menu, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None specified.
