About the GROW Manager Role

As the GROW Manager (Kids Club) for Six Senses Amaala, you will be responsible for upholding the Six Senses vision of fostering reconnection with oneself, others, and the world. This full-time position with IHG Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on the brand's core values, including local sensitivity, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, and pioneering wellness.

Role Context and Vision

This role involves safeguarding the pillars of sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences, which are central to Six Senses. You will ensure that all strategic planning, development, directives, practices, and initiatives related to these pillars are implemented and adopted within the hotel/resort. The GROW Manager assumes full responsibility for the efficient operation of the GROW department, ensuring exceptional products and services align with Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay informed about industry trends and practices, continuously updating knowledge and skills to enhance product and service offerings.
• Focus on the rejuvenation and continuous assessment of the GROW department's products and services to ensure they remain relevant, innovative, and consistent with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Regularly review adherence to LQA standards through physical presence in the department.
• Effectively manage service recovery in response to guest complaints or delegate this to team members.
• Inspect the GROW department regularly, ensuring maintenance and product improvements are actioned within designated timeframes.
• Lead a team of engaged and experienced hosts to deliver Six Senses service standards.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting is conducted to meet and exceed budgets.
• Minimize payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient scheduling of hosts.
• Prepare and submit legally required and confidential operational documentation.
• Complete all corporate reporting requirements accurately.
• Attend or conduct designated meetings and briefings as instructed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort policies and departmental specifics.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality sector, specifically in managing kids' club operations or related wellness and recreational programs.
