About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Marriott Executive Apartments is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to deliver a comprehensive range of services, guiding guests throughout their entire stay. This position empowers individuals to move within their designated space and take necessary actions to ensure guest satisfaction and an exceptional overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or the designated bell area.
• Integrate transactions seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific license or certification is required for this role.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
