About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational requirements and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Perform duties requiring standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Engage in physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of The Ritz-Carlton’s “Gold Standards” with grace and thoughtfulness.
