About the Role: Mega Project Operations Leader, Building Automation

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Mega Project Operations Leader- Building Automation to join its team. This full-time role is open to Saudi Nationals only and involves leading and managing building automation programs within Honeywell's Projects business. The successful candidate will drive innovation and transformation using Honeywell's technologies to create sustainable and efficient building solutions. This position reports directly to the General Manager for Projects in KSA and will be based out of one of Honeywell's offices in Saudi Arabia, with frequent travel across the Kingdom.

Role Contribution and Impact

As a Program Manager in Building Automation, you will contribute to shaping Mega Projects in Saudi Arabia by leading and managing building automation programs that are integral to the overall Building Solutions Ecosystem. This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders, including government entities, technology partners, and customers, to develop and execute initiatives focused on enhancing urban sustainability, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the program team, including developing succession plans for each team member.
• Lead efforts to adequately resource projects within the portfolio and mitigate associated risks.
• Conduct data analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies within the Projects sector.
• Support the Sales Organization in the growth of the Projects business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
