About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Executive for Amazon Now, based in As Sulay. This full-time role is part of the Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations team, which is responsible for designing and launching new business models across AMET. The Operations Executive will play a key role in redefining fast delivery and building out new services for customers, specifically managing 3P Store Operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will lead UFG Last Mile operations in KSA, focusing on achieving operational targets and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. This includes managing daily last-mile dispatch operations for one large site or a combination of smaller sites. The role involves motivating, coaching, and providing feedback on associate performance, covering productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end last mile operations for assigned sites, overseeing dispatch activities.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and cost targets.
• Uphold safety standards and morale within the team.
• Drive performance management for team members and Delivery Service Partner (DSP) partners.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for Delivery Associates (DAs).
• Collaborate with DSPs to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvements.
• Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
• Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree.
