Oracle EBS AP Finance Functional Consultant Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

Citi is seeking an Oracle EBS AP Finance Functional Consultant - Senior Business Analyst. This full-time position involves acting as an intermediate-level liaison between business users and technologists, ensuring clear and logical information exchange in coordination with the Technology team. The primary objective is to contribute to the continuous exploration and investigation of business performance to gain insights and drive business planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a range of Enterprise Application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support activities within Technology Organization and Supply Chain functions.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and end-to-end validation of setups to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), testing support, resolution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) issues, and production migration support.
• Provide analytical support through writing complex queries.
• Schedule and prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
• Assist in training and recruiting contract resources.
• Undertake various management activities as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong subject matter expertise in Oracle Accounts Payables, including invoice processing workflows, payment processes, and P2P integrations with other payment systems.
• Good knowledge of P2P Workflow systems and tools, with the ability to advise on technical solutions for Oracle workflow for invoice processing/ingestion.
• Excellent techno-functional knowledge of integration aspects and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for complex integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle debugging techniques and strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role.
• Demonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
