About the Role

Base Career is seeking an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This full-time role involves implementing and optimizing Oracle Financials modules, ensuring robust financial operations and compliance with international standards.

Role Overview

The Oracle Financial Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, and proposing effective solution designs within the Oracle Financials framework. The role focuses on implementing core financial modules and ensuring seamless integration across critical finance cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; conduct fit-gap analysis and propose solution designs.
• Implement Oracle Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Ensure proper integration across finance cycles: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Resolve functional issues and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Collaborate with technical teams on reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials configuration.
• Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) and approval workflows.
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing a Government Financial System aligned with Ministry of Finance requirements.
• Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
