Job Description
About the Role
Eram Talent is seeking a Procurement Expeditor to join a leading EPC client within the Oil & Gas sector in Haradh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role is critical for ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and essential documentation, thereby keeping major EPC projects, particularly Gas Oil Separation Plants (GOSP), on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and vendors to proactively monitor the manufacturing, fabrication, and delivery status of procured materials and equipment.
- Track and verify vendor schedules against project milestones, identifying potential delays early, and implementing effective recovery plans.
- Liaise closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality Control, and Project Management teams to ensure all material requirements and technical specifications are aligned and met.
- Ensure the timely submission and approval of all required vendor data and documentation, including inspection reports, shipping documents, and material certificates.
- Maintain and update daily/weekly expediting reports, tracking logs, and ERP systems to provide accurate visibility of procurement statuses to project stakeholders.
- Negotiate and resolve bottlenecks, supply chain disruptions, or logistical challenges that threaten project timelines.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a highly relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement, expediting, or supply chain roles.
Industry Experience
- Proven experience within the EPC Oil & Gas sector is required.
- Direct experience with GOSP (Gas Oil Separation Plant) projects is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in tracking software, ERP systems, and standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and drive results in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

This is a contract position located in Haradh, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
