About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager Western Region to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving profitable sales growth and expanding the market presence of the GROHE brand within the country. The primary objective is to achieve annual sales targets, increase market share, and enhance GROHE's geographical footprint across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Act as a key participant in strategic planning for channel development.
• Execute the Sales Mission in alignment with corporate objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver on the Project Channel Sales Mission, ensuring targets are met.
• Manage the country's market activities in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.

Strategic Alignment and Analysis

• Regularly align with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country.
• Ensure local implementation of strategies fully complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and target segments within the region for project business development.

Project Management and Reporting

• Write and maintain project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database and records of all key project contacts in the region.
• Prepare and submit reports for senior management as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven track record in project management and sales within the Western Region. This role requires a professional who can effectively drive market growth and manage strategic initiatives.
