About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Safety and Security Supervisor to join its team in Medina. This full-time role is central to maintaining a secure and safe environment for guests and team members, contributing to a positive hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety and Security Supervisor performs a range of duties to ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises, including:

• Conducting security patrols to monitor interior and exterior hotel premises, identifying and addressing safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinating responses to various incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Conducting preliminary incident investigations, gathering relevant information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Providing security backup by fulfilling security officer responsibilities as required.

Team Leadership and Supervision

This position involves supervising, training, and scheduling Security Guards/Officers. The Supervisor provides guidance and support to ensure the team maintains high performance standards and adheres to safety protocols and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

This position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.
