We are seeking a Sales Manager – Optical Communication Products to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time opportunity requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will drive business development and sales of fiber-optic communication products and related solutions. This role focuses on cultivating customer opportunities, understanding technical and purchasing requirements, and facilitating product selection. The position involves supporting RFQs and quotations, and assisting customers in identifying suitable optical communication products for diverse network applications, targeting professional B2B customers, channel partners, and project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer, distributor, integrator, and channel opportunities for optical communication products.
• Understand customer requirements for fiber-optic networks and communication projects.
• Promote a range of fiber optic products including cables, optical transceivers, patch cords, pigtails, connectors, adapters, ODFs, distribution boxes, splitters, WDM products, and related accessories.
• Support product selection based on technical specifications such as transmission distance, bandwidth, interface, fiber type, connector type, and network architecture.
• Follow up on RFQs, quotations, purchasing requirements, and project opportunities.
• Coordinate communication between customers, SolutionMall teams, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Support commercial negotiations, order progress, and project development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with telecom operators, system integrators, contractors, distributors, enterprise customers, and project partners.
• Provide market feedback on customer demand, product trends, pricing, and competitive conditions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development within the optical communication or related telecommunications industry. This role requires a strong understanding of fiber-optic network components and solutions, coupled with proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales processes. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in identifying customer needs, supporting technical product selection, and navigating commercial negotiations.

Compensation and Cooperation Model

This is a flexible cooperation opportunity with compensation based on performance and business contribution. Cooperation terms and remuneration will be determined by factors such as customer development, qualified opportunities, RFQ progress, project development, and overall business results.
