About the Role

Dallah Healthcare is seeking a Senior Budget Management & Control Analyst to lead the budgeting process, financial planning, and cost control activities. This full-time role is crucial for supporting organizational financial objectives and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and manage all aspects of budgeting and financial control. The analyst will be responsible for driving financial discipline and providing strategic financial insights to senior management, contributing directly to the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts across various departments.
• Monitor actual financial performance against approved budgets, analyze variances, and report findings.
• Develop and implement budget guidelines, templates, and timelines for department heads.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling for business initiatives.
• Review and challenge departmental budget requests to ensure accuracy and justification.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports on budget performance.
• Support strategic planning processes with relevant financial data and scenario analysis.
• Ensure strict adherence to budget controls and approval processes.
• Mentor and guide junior budget analysts within the team.
• Liaise with finance, operations, and other departments on all budget-related matters.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in budget management, financial planning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting processes and implement financial controls.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis.
