Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer

About the Role

InnovationTeam is seeking a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This role requires a combination of product design expertise and advanced visual communication skills. The designer will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences and sophisticated brand collateral for both English and Arabic audiences, working closely with clients, product teams, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX workflows, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design using Figma.
• Design high-stakes presentations and corporate documents that adhere to global professional standards.
• Create professional LinkedIn templates and social media assets.
• Execute regular website updates to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Ensure all designs are typographically optimized for Arabic and culturally relevant to the KSA market.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and onsite teams to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in both English and Arabic design contexts.
• Demonstrated expertise in product design and high-end visual communication.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of typography, especially for Arabic script.
• Ability to create designs that are culturally relevant to the KSA market.

Work Environment

This is an onsite, full-time position within the InnovationTeam. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders including clients, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver accessible user experiences across digital platforms.
