Site Supervisor

About the Role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and execute all on-site fit-out activities in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct daily site surveys and mark interior finishes.
• Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to foremen, chargehands, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress against the project schedule and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare detailed work programs and project schedules using MS Project.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports, including progress updates and photographic records.
• Coordinate with all trades, including civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with QA/QC teams and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage on-site, ensuring alignment with approved submittals.
• Ensure all required work permits are obtained prior to execution.
• Verify subcontractor work quantities and progress (as-built).
• Maintain proper documentation, including drawings, RFIs, approvals, and site instructions.
• Prepare and manage snag lists, ensuring full close-out prior to handover.
• Identify potential risks and proactively escalate issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in the fit-out industry.
• Proven track record with reputable fit-out contractors.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, materials, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (shop drawings, IFC, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of all fit-out trades, including MEP.
• Familiarity with KSA regulations and site practices.
• A valid KSA driving license is preferred.
