This full-time position involves supporting vital spa functions and contributing to a memorable guest experience beyond standard spa services. The role requires demonstrating initiative and offering a comprehensive range of services to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail sales to guests.
• Taking reservations and confirming appointments accurately.
• Answering guest inquiries regarding available services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments efficiently.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires physical activity and mobility. Responsibilities include prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The Spa Service Expert will manage reservation software, requiring visual verification of information. Physical tasks involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance and up to 25 pounds (* kg) with assistance. The role also requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these tasks proficiently is essential for guest satisfaction and business operations.
