St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Supervisor Loss Prevention to join its team in the Red Sea region. This role is integral to maintaining the safety, security, and operational integrity of the luxury hotel environment, ensuring a secure and comfortable experience for all guests and associates. The Supervisor Loss Prevention operates within the framework of St. Regis's commitment to exquisite service and timeless glamour.

Core Responsibilities

The Supervisor Loss Prevention is responsible for executing comprehensive security measures, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This includes active patrolling, monitoring systems, conducting investigations, and providing immediate assistance in various situations to safeguard hotel assets and personnel.

Operational Duties

• Patrol all designated areas of the hotel premises.
• Assist guests with room access as required.
• Conduct emergency situation drills and ensure preparedness.
• Perform daily physical integrity and safety risk inspections.
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for suspicious activities or incidents.
• Authorize, control, and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, contact Emergency Medical System (EMS), or administer first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as needed.
• Gather information and complete detailed reports on incidents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all reports and documents, providing information only to authorized persons.
• De-escalate disturbances according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve security risk situations effectively.
• Handle all disruptions and guest complaints professionally.
• Escort undesirable individuals from the hotel premises when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol control laws within the hotel.
• Request assistance using appropriate code responses.
• Provide proper paperwork to employees as required.
• Assist management in employee training, motivation, and coaching.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the "Fair Treatment Guarantee and Open Door Policy" process.

• Read and visually verify information in various formats, including fine print.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting the waist, crawling, and leaning.
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Move over sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs.
• Ascend and descend stairs and/or service ramps.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others; answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Listen and respond appropriately to other employees' problems.
• Remain alert to the possible presence of objectionable persons on the property.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience in security or loss prevention.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None specified.
