We are seeking a VALVE SHOP TECHNICIAN-II to join our team. This full-time role involves maintaining rotating equipment and executing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for mechanical systems to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and material availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits prior to commencing work.
• Provide technical advice to technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to ensure job execution and completion.
• Ensure accurate SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage the reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management within Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
