About the Waiter Role at Catrion Group

Catrion Group is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join our team in Medina. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional service and upholding high operational standards within a lounge environment. The role involves direct interaction with customers and active participation in maintaining the quality and efficiency of lounge services.

Service Excellence and Guest Relations

• Provide above-standard quality service to all valued customers, consistently enhancing the company's image.
• Adhere strictly to Service Level Agreements and Standard Greetings in all interactions.
• Attend to passenger needs promptly and professionally.
• Deliver standard service protocols specifically for First & Business Class passengers.
• Ensure all services are delivered on time as per established standards.
• Participate in and ensure timely Delayed Flight Service whenever necessary.

Operational Duties and Reporting

• Implement all instructions and directives from the Regional Manager and immediate superiors, including Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, and Captain Waiter.
• Supervise and actively participate in the daily operational flow of the lounge.
• Prepare and submit daily Al Fursan Lounge Service reports on time, including Daily Store Items Inventory, Equipment Inventory, Chemical Inventory, and Shift Handover Reports.
• Manage ordering of lounge store items to ensure sufficient stock for one day's consumption, reporting any deviations to the Captain Waiter or immediate superior.
• Monitor additional lounge store items to prevent overstocking.
• Ensure proper cleaning, washing, and safekeeping procedures for all used equipment.
• Acknowledge and track all newly ordered lounge equipment.
• Monitor the status of all lounge equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Monitor the expiration of all store items and backup stock, ensuring monthly inventory and expiration checks.
• Maintain all lounge equipment to prevent damage.

Hygiene, Safety, and Quality Assurance

• Ensure 100% hygiene results and promote high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation within designated areas.
• Ensure all staff adhere to personal hygiene standards.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, quality, and temperature control for all food items, in line with Quality Assurance guidelines.
• Verify that all products received from the kitchen and main stores align with the department's food menu guide for both lounge and delayed flight services.

Team Collaboration and Professional Conduct

• Assist colleagues including Receptionist, Demi Chef de Partie, Concierge, other Waiters, and Housekeeping as required.
• Communicate directly with relevant superiors when necessary.
• Attend morning briefings with the Supervisor and all lounge staff.
• Participate in team department building activities, gatherings, parties, and meetings.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the Regional Manager.

Required Experience and Attributes

• 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within hospitality or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and directives accurately and efficiently.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high service, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
