نبحث عن شخصية قيادية تتحمل المسؤولية وتتمتع باحترافية عالية في التعامل مع العملاء، وذكاء اجتماعي يمكنه من بناء علاقات إيجابية مع الفريق والعملاء، مع القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة والتصرف باحترافية في مختلف المواقف التشغيلية.

يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم معرفة متقدمة بالإسبريسو ، وأن يكون منظمًا ودقيقًا ويهتم بالتفاصيل وقادرًا على العمل تحت الضغط والمساهمة في تطوير التشغيل وتحسين تجربة العملاء بشكل مستمر.

Head Barista
We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead and manage the coffee bar operations in a specialty coffee shop. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in specialty coffee, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
We are seeking a responsible and proactive leader with excellent customer service skills, strong social intelligence, and the ability to build positive relationships with both customers and team members. The candidate should be confident in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling day-to-day operational challenges professionally.
A solid understanding of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, workflow management, and quality control is essential. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure, and committed to continuously improving operations and customer experienc.
