Your Job
Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Production Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This position will be responsible for advancing culture among the team members and focusing on achieving smooth plant operations in shifts, engagement of team members, and driving operations vision into action.

What You Will Do

• Lead an operational team of 7-8 operators in a safe and efficient manner, taking ownership of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Build a high-performing team by understanding individual capabilities and creating personalized development plans.
• Drive the team in shifts and develop their skills.
• Promote safety excellence, provide training, and facilitate communication.
• Monitor product quality and assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Complete data entry responsibilities and generate reports efficiently.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (12-hour shifts).

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in glass production (Semiconductor, Automotive, Coating line).
