J-Power Systems Saudi Co., Ltd, a member of the distinguished Sumitomo Electric Group, is seeking a full-time Procurement Engineer. This position is based in our corporate office in Al Khobar and is open to Saudi Nationals only.

J-Power Systems Saudi Co., Ltd, a member of the distinguished Sumitomo Electric Group, is seeking a full-time Procurement Engineer. This position is based in our corporate office in Al Khobar and is open to Saudi Nationals only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring they meet specifications and are delivered on time and at competitive prices.
- Monitor purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining accurate pricing and vendor records.
- Keep up-to-date lists of contractors, suppliers, and pricing arrangements.
- Perform customs clearance procedures using the SABER system.
- Manage procurement-related contract administration.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of procurement documents and data.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 03 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the SABER system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (professional level) and Arabic (native level).
