About the Executive Lounge Host Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a full-time Executive Lounge Host to join its team in Al Khobar. This role is integral to delivering memorable guest experiences by managing pre-arrival details, coordinating group arrivals, and providing comprehensive support throughout guests' stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-arrival details, including confirming reservations, assigning accommodations, and fulfilling special requests prior to guest arrival.
• Coordinate and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience.
• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events.
• Provide comprehensive phone support, including answering and routing incoming calls, maintaining call logs, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
